NATURAL TALENTS
Only herbs from controlled organic cultivation are processed for the MoonTime tea. The production is particularly careful.
Silverweed... also popularly known as "spasmodic herb" is used in herbal medicine for crampy abdominal pain during menstruation.
Marjoram... is not only very popular in the kitchen, it is also said to have an anticonvulsant and relaxing effect in folk medicine.
Yarrow... is known for its antispasmodic and tonic properties, which are still used today to treat menstrual cramps.
Thyme… supports the regulation of the female menstrual cycle and has also been able to prove its effectiveness in the case of abdominal complaints in clinical studies.
PREPARATION
For optimal relaxation, drink 2-3 cups of MoonTime tea daily during Your menstrual period. We recommend that You start drinking the tea about 3 days before the onset of Your menstrual period.
Pour boiling water over about 2-3 teaspoons of the tea herbs per cup and let the tea steep for 7-12 minutes.
Our MoonTime tea owes its spicy taste to the active ingredients dissolved in the natural herbs. Sweeten the tea to taste if you feel like it.

Your self-care in 8 easy steps
Step 1: Prepare your MoonTime tea.
Step 2: Consciously apply the desired amount of MoonTime Balm to the palm of Your hand.
Step 3: Breathe in and out deeply. Consciously slow down Your breathing rhythm with each breath.
Step 4: Consciously perceive the scents of the herbs from the balm and the tea.
Step 5: Begin gently spreading and warming the balm between Sour palms. Consciously draw your attention to the heat that develops between Sour palms.
Step 6: Apply the balm to Your lower abdomen and, if necessary, also to the lower area of Your back in light massage movements for at least 2 minutes. Concentrate on the middle of Your body and on noticing Your body's signals. Feel how the melt-in-the-mouth consistency of the balm glides over Your lower stomach and back.
Step 7: Feel how relaxation sets in and Your well-being increases. How do You feel now?
