NATURAL TALENTS
Only herbs from certified controlled organic cultivation are processed for the MoonTime Balm. The production is particularly gentle, as the ingredients are dissolved by means of a cold extract.
Mugwort... was already considered one of the most important medicinal plants for women by the ancient Greeks and was also known as the "mother of all herbs".
Silverweed... also popularly known as "spasmodic herb" is used in herbal medicine for crampy abdominal pain during menstruation.
Marjoram... is not only very popular in the kitchen, it is also said to have an anticonvulsant and relaxing effect in folk medicine.
Yarrow... is known for its antispasmodic and tonic properties, which are still used today to treat menstrual cramps.
Thyme… supports the regulation of the female menstrual cycle and has also been able to prove its effectiveness in the case of abdominal complaints in clinical studies.
Beeswax... ensures a pleasant consistency and allows your skin to continue to breathe after application.
Olive oil... is a wonderful carrier for our herbal extract and, thanks to its antioxidant properties, ensures that the active ingredients in our high-quality herbs last as long as possible.
USE
In terms of usage, the MoonTime Balm does not differ from body creams: Start applying the MoonTime Balm about 3 days before the start of Your menstruation. Spread a hazelnut-sized amount of the balm on Your abdomen 2-3 times a day and massage it in gently until it feels good.
For even more well-being, rub and warm the balm between your palms and massage the MoonTime Balm into your skin for at least 2 minutes.

Your self-care in 6 easy steps
Step 1: Consciously apply the desired amount of balm in the palm of Your hand.
Step 2: Breathe in and out deeply. Consciously slow down Your breathing rhythm with each breath.
Step 3: Consciously perceive the scents of the herbs in the balm.
Step 4: Begin gently spreading and warming the balm between Your palms. Consciously draw your attention to the heat that develops between Your palms.
Step 5: Apply the balm to Your lower abdomen and, if necessary, also to the lower area of Your back in light massage movements for at least 2 minutes. Concentrate on the middle of Your body and on noticing Your body's signals. Feel how the melt-in-the-mouth consistency of the balm glides over Your lower stomach and back.
Step 6: Feel how relaxation sets in and Your well-being increases. How do You feel now?
